The help of this genius is invoked facing south, from 6 o'clock in the morning until 6 hours 20 minutes, reciting the 1st verse of psalm 39. (Expectans expectavi Dominum, et intendit mihi.) It serves to obtain the grace of God. This genius governs the memory and the intelligence of man. Il gouverne le premier rayon du midi, qui commence depuis le 91e. degré de la sphère jusqu'au 95e., inclusivement, correspondant à la dixième décade et au génie nommé Sotis, sous l'influence de Vénus; il préside les jours suivants : les 7 avril, 18 juin, 29 août, 9 novembre, 20 janvier. L'on invoque le secours de ce génie vers le midi, depuis 6 heures du matin jusqu'à 6 heures 20 minutes, en récitant le 1er. verset du psaume 39. (Expectans expectavi Dominum, et intendit mihi.) Il sert pour obtenir la grâce de Dieu. Ce génie domine la mémoire et l'intelligence de l'homme.
