64th. Mehiel מהיאל. His attribute (God who gives life to all things). He corresponds to the holy name Alli, according to the language of the Mongols. His ray begins from the 316th degree of the sphere up to the 220th, inclusively, corresponding to the 32nd decade and to the genius named Astiro. He presides over the following days: 22 May, 2 August, 13 October, 24 December, 6 March. The invocation is made from 9 o'clock in the evening until 9 o'clock 20 minutes, pronouncing the divine names along with the 18th verse of psalm 32. (Ecce oculi Domini super metuentes eum : et in eis, qui sperant super misericordiam ejus.) This psalm is good against adversities; it grants the prayers and wishes of those who hope in the mercy of God. This genius and those that follow, up to the 72nd, belong to the 9th order, which the orthodox call the choir of angels. This genius protects against rabies and ferocious animals; he rules over scholars, professors, orators and authors; he has influence over printing and bookselling, and over all who trade in it. The person who is born under this influence will distinguish themself in literature. The contrary genius rules over false scholars; it has influence over controversies, literary disputes and criticism.

Il préside les jours suivants : 22 mai, 2 août, 13 octobre, 24 décembre, 6 mars. L'invocation se fait depuis 9 heures du soir jusqu'à 9 heures 20 minutes, en prononçant les noms divins avec le 18e. verset du psaume 32. (Ecce oculi Domini super metuentes eum : et in eis, qui sperant super misericordiam ejus.) Ce psaume est bon contre les adversités; il exauce les prières et les vœux de ceux qui espèrent en la miséricorde de Dieu. Ce génie et ceux qui suivent, jusqu'au 72e., appartiennent au 9e. ordre, que les orthodoxes appellent le chœur des anges. Ce génie protège contre la rage et les animaux féroces; il domine sur les savants, les professeurs, les orateurs et les auteurs; il influe sur l'imprimerie et la librairie, et sur tous ceux qui en font le commerce. Le génie contraire domine sur les faux savants; il influe sur les controverses, les disputes littéraires et la critique.
