60th. Mitzrael. מצראל His attribute (God who relieves the oppressed). He corresponds to the holy name Géna, according to the language of the peoples of Tibet. His ray begins from the 296th degree of the sphere up to the 300th, inclusively, corresponds to the 30th decade and to the genius named Homoth. He presides over the following days: 18 May, 29 July, 9 October; 20 December, 2 March. The invocation is made from twenty minutes to eight until eight in the evening, pronouncing the 18th verse of psalm 144. (Justus Dominus in omnibus viis suis: et sanctus in omnibus operibus suis.) He serves to cure illnesses of the mind, and to be delivered from those who persecute us; he rules over illustrious persons who distinguish themselves by their talents and their virtues; he influences the fidelity and obedience of subordinates towards their superiors. Son rayon commence depuis le 296e. degré de la sphère jusqu'au 300e., inclusivement, correspond à la 30e décade et au génie nommé Homoth. Il préside les jours suivants : 18 mai, 29 juillet, 9 octobre ; 20 décembre, 2 mars. L'invocation se fait depuis 7 heures 40 minutes du soir jusqu'à 8 heures, en prononçant le 18e. verset du psaume 144. (Justus Dominus in omnibus viis suis : et sanctus in omnibus operibus suis.)
